So...
This me standing at the end of our street looking at the beginning of the Hauptstraße, the street with all the shops.
This is me standing at the end of my street looking to the right this time, down some more of the old Heidelberg streets.
This is the church outside in the square.
This is me looking back onto the street where I live. We live in the building a couple down, with the flags hanging off the three windows on the second story. I love our street! You can see bikes here and there parked that belong to the people who work in the shops or live in the apartments across from us.
This is the street sign for the street we live on: Mittelbadgasse! :)
This is Jessica, Naomi and Mandy on one of our first walks down the Hauptstraße. So beautiful! There is so much to see.
Another view of Hauptstraße.
Doesn't really need an explanation, but I loved the bikes parked against a pole on the Hauptstraße.
Klein! That really does mean small in German :) I had to take a picture.
A random statue. Dis ist gut, ja? (This is good, yeah?)
Part of a University, with all the letters from the name out front in the square. It was so awesome!
Martin Luther studied here!
An evening view of the Hauptstraße.
A cute Irish place. Love it!
Walking some more. Another evening shot.
Statue of Bunson, the guy who invented the Bunson burner.
The plaque for Bunson. Pretty interesting!
A street vendor with vegetables!
Another Klein picture!
Some of us on our first bus ride in Heidelberg. Heading back to the Pension with a lot of groceries in tow.
Some of our group showing off the entrance to our Pension.
And this is Tavia and the street we live on, Mittelbadgasse, looking into the square with the church! I hope by now you can kind of have a visual of where we live.
So I hope you enjoyed those! As soon as we get more hangers, I'll put pictures up of my room, because as of right now I have a huge pile of clothes by my bed that won't fit anywhere. So yep! And now it's time for German class :)
